Our lodge staff takes care of everything from housekeeping to meal preparation.  Our world class chef will prepare all your meals, from a sumptuous made-to-order breakfast in the morning, to a gourmet dinner with freshly made deserts in the evening.  Our chef will not let you go hungry!  Our pilots and guides also cook some of the best shore lunches you could imagine from your freshly caught fish.  Imagine taking a break from world class fishing to enjoy some grilled Salmon and a bowl of chowder?  It could happen every day during your stay with us!

AWL is a full service lodge.  All you need to do is get yourself to Anchorage on Saturday and we take care of the rest for the entire week.  Transportation from Anchorage to the lodge is included in the package, along with your Alaskan fishing license, and preparation, packaging, freezing and shipping of your fish.  The services we provide are unsurpassed in Alaska.

Safety is our number one concern.  Our pilots and guides have flawless safety records and are there to protect you while you're fishing.  All of our pilots are trained in emergency medical procedures and wildlife management.  Each one is also licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard to safely operate the many boats that the lodge has placed on the best rivers  Our fleet of three DeHaviland Beaver aircraft are extremely safe aircraft, and will stay with you all day.
